RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is very important to us that you love your new Olívia hat!
Oh no! Your Olívia hat is not your size or aren't making you happy? You can always return or exchange it, it's easy!
In order to exchange or return your Olívia hat just email us to
oliviaandcogeral@gmail.com so that we can follow up on your request and exchange or return your Olívia hat.
Olívia hat must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging and with no signs of use within 14 days of receiving the order.
Upon the reception of the Olívia hat and after evaluating condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition
- Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team)
- All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with shipping & handling).
- We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels
- Please note Olívia does not offer refunds & all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you received the incorrect item or a faulty item, we are sorry!
A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product. We are not a pick and pack business. We clean and steam all hats prior to them being sent out to their new homes. All Olívia pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.
